Senate Bill 317
Permit fee payment by cryptocurrency; cryptocurrency investments
To amend sections 9.16, 145.11, 742.11, 3307.15, 3309.15, and 5505.06 and to enact sections 3345.161 and 5703.83 of the Revised Code to permit payment of state and local taxes and other government fees with cryptocurrency and to address investments in cryptocurrency by state colleges and universities and the state retirement systems.
