Senate Bill 201
Put Supreme Court, appeals court candidate on nonpartisan ballot
To amend sections 3501.01, 3505.03, 3505.04, and 3513.257 of the Revised Code to require justice of the Supreme Court and judge of court of appeals candidates to appear on the nonpartisan ballot with other judicial candidates.
