Enact the America First Act
To amend sections 2929.15, 2929.16, 2929.17, and 2929.25 and to enact sections 2965.01 and 2965.02 of the Revised Code to enact the America First Act to prohibit a person who is unlawfully present in the United States from entering or being present in Ohio.
