Provide publicly funded child care to child care staff members

To amend sections 5104.30 and 5104.34 and to enact section 5104.342 of the Revised Code to provide publicly funded child care benefits to child care staff members, to amend the versions of sections 5104.30 and 5104.34 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025, to continue the changes on and after that date, and to make an appropriation.
