Expand "peace officer" to include bailiffs and probation officers

To amend sections 2903.13 and 2935.01 of the Revised Code to expand the definition of "peace officer" to include bailiffs of a municipal court and probation officers, and to increase the penalty for assault when the victim is a bailiff, probation officer, or another court official or employee.
