House Bill 438
Enact the Homebuyer Protection Act
To amend section 4735.181 and to enact section 4735.80 of the Revised Code to require a real estate broker or salesperson to provide the seller of residential real estate a disclosure relating to anti-discrimination laws in the home-buying process, and to name this act the Homebuyer Protection Act.
