House Bill 349
Authorize creation of natural gas pipeline incentive areas
To amend section 166.01 and to enact sections 122.161, 122.162, and 5727.76 of the Revised Code to authorize the creation of areas within which incentives are available to encourage the development of natural gas pipelines and other infrastructure and to make an appropriation.
