House Bill 212
Enact the Ohio Property Protection Act
To amend sections 319.202, 2105.16, and 5323.02 and to enact section 5301.256 of the Revised Code to prohibit foreign adversaries and certain businesses from owning real property in Ohio and to name this act the Ohio Property Protection Act.
