Senate Bill 229
Regards use of blended learning during 2021-2022
To amend sections 3301.079, 3302.03, 3302.039, 3310.033, 3313.6412, 3314.03, 3314.262, 3317.022, 3317.11, 3326.15, 3328.22, and 5502.262 and to enact section 3313.6027 of the Revised Code regarding blended or remote learning models for the 2021-2022 school year, the state report card, emergency management plans, withdrawal of untested students from internet- or computer-based schools, the Third Grade Reading Guarantee, high school financial literacy instruction, Educational Choice and Cleveland Scholarship payments, operating subsidies for educational service centers, and to declare an emergency.
