Senate Bill 223
Allow sealing of certain dismissed charges
To amend sections 1901.261, 1907.261, 2101.162, 2151.541, 2153.081, 2301.031, 2303.201, 2953.52, 2953.53, 2953.54, 2953.55, and 2953.61 and to enact section 2953.522 of the Revised Code to allow for the sealing of charges dismissed through intervention in lieu of conviction when those charges are connected to a conviction for operating a vehicle under the influence and to allow a clerk of court to spend computerization funds upon request.
