House Bill 370
Enact the Seizure Safe Schools Act
To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.7117 of the Revised Code to enact the "Seizure Safe Schools Act" to require public and chartered nonpublic schools to create a seizure action plan for each student with a seizure disorder.
