Regards stretcher vans, ambulances, and medical vehicles

To amend sections 4766.01, 4766.03, 4766.04, 4766.05, 4766.06, 4766.07, 4766.08, 4766.09, 4766.13, 4766.14, 4766.15, 4766.22, and 4766.23 and to enact section 4766.18 of the Revised Code to establish requirements for the regulation of stretcher vans and to modify certain laws governing ambulances and other medical-related vehicles.
