Modify community redevelopment areas and tax exemptions therein

To amend sections 3735.66, 3735.67, 3735.671, 3735.672, 3735.68, 5709.631, 5709.82, 5709.83, and 5709.85 and to repeal section 3735.673 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing Community Redevelopment Areas and the terms under which property may be exempted in such areas.
