House Bill 398
Establish day of general election as a legal holiday
To amend sections 1.14, 5.20, 124.19, 325.19, 511.10, 1345.21, 3313.63, and 3319.087 of the Revised Code to establish the day of each general election as a legal holiday for which government employees receive paid leave.
