House Bill 370
Allow AG to defend subdivisions in First Amendment cases
To enact section 109.141 of the Revised Code to allow the Attorney General to defend political subdivisions in certain actions brought under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution or analogous provisions of the Ohio Constitution.
