Senate Bill 82
Call parents if student absent from school without excuse
To amend sections 3313.205, 3314.03, and 3326.11 and to enact sections 3314.13, 3321.141, and 3326.90 of the Revised Code to require a public school, within one hundred twenty minutes of the start of a school day, to notify the parent of a student who fails to arrive at school and is not excused from attendance.
