Expand homestead exemption

To amend sections 323.151, 323.152, 323.153, 323.157, 4503.064, 4503.065, and 4503.066 of the Revised Code to remove the income limit that restricts eligibility for the homestead exemption and to increase the exemption amount from $25,000 to $30,000.
