Attack substance abuse

To amend sections 121.22, 149.43, and 4731.22 and to enact sections 307.631, 307.632, 307.633, 307.634, 307.635, 307.636, 307.637, 307.638, 307.639, 340.038, 3701.049, 3705.161, 5119.63, 5119.64, and 5119.65 of the Revised Code to require monthly drug overdose death reports, to create three community and faith-based substance abuse grant programs, to provide for the establishment of drug overdose fatality review committees, and to make an appropriation.
