House Bill 293
Alter time periods pertaining to new drivers
To amend sections 4507.01, 4507.05, 4507.071, 4507.09, 4507.23, 4510.17, 4510.31, and 4511.043 of the Revised Code to require a person to hold a temporary instruction permit for one year before obtaining a probationary driver's license and to alter the time periods during which the holder of a temporary instruction permit or probationary driver's license is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
