House Bill 273
Prohibit requiring physician to have maintenance of certification
To amend sections 3702.30, 3727.05, 4731.14, 4731.281, 4731.29, 4731.56, and 4731.57 and to enact sections 3727.061, 3901.89, and 5164.302 of the Revised Code to prohibit a physician from being required to secure a maintenance of certification as a condition of obtaining licensure, reimbursement, or employment or obtaining admitting privileges or surgical privileges at a hospital or health care facility.
