House Bill 255
Regards township traffic enforcement on interstates
To amend sections 2935.03, 4511.093, and 4513.39 of the Revised Code to authorize a township officer who serves a population of greater than 5,000 to make arrests for specified traffic offenses on interstate highways within and adjacent to the officer's territory and to prohibit townships from using traffic law photo-monitoring devices on interstate highways.
