Senate Bill 54
Requires child-resistant packaging for e-cigarette liquids
To amend sections 2151.87, 2927.02, 2927.021, 2927.022, 5502.01, and 5502.13 and to enact section 2927.28 of the Revised Code regarding the sale of liquid nicotine.
