Senate Bill 329
Revise sunset review law
To enact sections 101.88, 101.881, 101.882, and 101.89 of the Revised Code to require standing committees of the General Assembly to establish a schedule for the periodic review and sunset of state departments that are currently in the Governor's cabinet.
