Senate Bill 287
Addresses diabetes
To enact sections 3701.90, 3701.901, and 3701.902 of the Revised Code to require state agencies to assess the prevalence of all types of diabetes in Ohio, to establish goals and plans to reduce that prevalence, and to submit biennial reports with findings and recommendations for fiscal and legislative policies on diabetes prevention, treatment, and management.
