Senate Bill 222
Provides address confidentiality for crime victims
To amend sections 149.43, 2929.18, 2929.28, 3503.13, 3503.16, 3503.21, 3503.23, 3503.24, 3503.26, 3504.02, 3504.04, 3505.181, 3505.182, 3505.183, 3509.03, 3509.04, 3509.05, 3509.06, 3509.07, 3509.09, 3511.02, 3511.05, 3511.11, and 3511.12 and to enact sections 111.41, 111.42, 111.43, 111.44, 111.45, 111.46, 111.47, 111.48, and 111.99 of the Revised Code to create an address confidentiality program for victims of domestic violence, menacing by stalking, human trafficking, trafficking in persons, rape, sexual battery, and other crimes.
