House Bill 454
Establishes sales tax holiday for back-to-school purchases
To amend sections 5739.02 and 5739.05 of the Revised Code to provide for a permanent three-day sales tax "holiday" each August during which sales of back-to-school clothing and school supplies are exempt from sales and use taxes.
