House Bill 277
Allows 911 levy in only the portion served by the 911 system
To amend section 5705.19 of the Revised Code to authorize a county, township, or municipal corporation to impose a 9-1-1 system levy in only the portion of the subdivision that would be served by the 9-1-1 system and to declare an emergency.
