Sub. H.B. 1 of the 128th General Assembly, and to amend Sections 103.90, 105.43.10, 105.45.40, 105.45.70, and 105.49.80 of Sub. H.B. 462 of the 128th General Assembly, to make appropriations for programs related to transportation and public safety for the biennium beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2013, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of those programs.
