Sub. S.B. 242 of the 124th General Assembly to repeal Section 25 of Am. Sub. S.B. 261 of the 124th General Assembly to make capital appropriations, to modify other appropriations for the biennium ending June 30, 2004, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of state programs; to amend the version of section 2935.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2004, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date; to amend the versions of sections 5739.026 and 5739.033 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect July 1, 2003, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date; and to repeal Section 32.01 of this act on July 1, 2003.
