Greenbook
An analysis (named for its green cover) prepared by the Legislative Service Commission's Legislative Budget Office staff for an individual state agency subsequent to the state budget's enactment. In addition to a detailed analysis of the agency's budget, a Greenbook contains a brief description of the agency and of the appropriations enacted in the state budget that affect it.
