Requires restitution or reimbursement for certain crimes

To amend sections 2909.05, 2917.01, 2917.02, 2917.03, 2923.01, 2929.18, 2929.28, and 2949.111 and to enact sections 2901.51 and 2929.73 of the Revised Code regarding restitution for vandalism, inciting to violence, aggravated riot, and riot; inclusion of certain vandalism conduct within conspiracy; and reimbursement, by a person convicted of an offense connected to a potential serious threat to public safety, of government costs incurred in a response to the threat.
