House Bill 73
Regards educational testing, assessment, and retention
To amend sections 3301.0710, 3301.0711, 3301.0712, 3301.0729, 3301.163, 3313.608, 3313.61, 3313.612, and 3313.6114 of the Revised Code regarding the college and work ready assessment system, to require school districts to form work groups to evaluate the amount of time students spend on testing, and to eliminate retention under the Third Grade Reading Guarantee.
