Senate Bill 347
Modify campaign finance law-independent expenditures/PACs
To amend sections 3517.01, 3517.105, 3517.1011, 3517.13, 3517.992, 3599.03, 5727.61, and 5733.27 of the Revised Code and to amend the versions of sections 3517.105 and 3517.1011 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect January 1, 2021, to modify the Campaign Finance Law regarding independent expenditures and political action committees.
