House Bill 453
Authorize income tax deduction for certain higher ed expenses
To amend section 5747.01 and to enact section 5747.82 of the Revised Code to enact the "Blair Deduction" to allow an individual obtaining a post-secondary degree or credential from an eligible educational institution to claim an income tax deduction for qualified higher education expenses.
