House Bill 205
Expands immunity for obtaining assistance for drug overdose
To amend sections 2925.11, 2925.12, 2925.14, and 2925.141 of the Revised Code to expand immunity from prosecution for certain drug offenses when a person obtains medical assistance for a drug overdose.
