House Bill 146
Ban animal abuse offender from possessing companion animal
To amend sections 959.132 and 959.99 and to enact section 959.30 of the Revised Code to prohibit an animal abuse offender from owning, possessing, having custody of, or residing with a companion animal for a specified time period.
