Study progress and challenges of African Americans in Ohio
To establish a committee, in recognition of the 400th anniversary of African Americans in Ohio and the United States, to study the progress and challenges of African Americans in Ohio and to amend Section 297.10 of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly, as subsequently amended, to make an appropriation.
