Senate Bill 270
Deter sexual harassment in legislative branch
To amend sections 101.34, 121.22, and 149.43, to enact sections 101.341 and 101.67 of the Revised Code, and to amend Section 321.10 of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly to require that all legislative employers have a sexual harassment policy on file, to create the General Assembly Sexual Harassment Task Force, to authorize the Office of Legislative Inspector General to investigate sexual harassment claims within the General Assembly, to exempt from Public Records Law the identity of a complainant and victim of a sexual harassment complaint, and to make an appropriation.
