Senate Bill 150
Prohibit person liable to domestic violence from having firearm
To amend sections 2903.13, 2919.25, 2919.26, 2923.13, 2923.14, and 3113.31 and to enact sections 2923.133 and 2923.134 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person convicted of domestic violence or assault of a family member, or a person subject to certain protection orders, from having a firearm; to establish a procedure for surrendering all firearms in the person's possession; and to name the act the "Domestic Violence Survivors Protection Act."
