Senate Bill 147
Grant tax credit to insurers if invest in rural business growth
To amend sections 5725.98 and 5729.98 and to enact sections 122.15, 122.151, 122.152, 122.153, and 122.154 of the Revised Code to enact the "Ohio Rural Jobs Act" which authorizes a nonrefundable tax credit for insurance companies that invest in rural business growth funds, which are certified to provide capital to rural and agricultural businesses.
