House Bill 662
Clarify city resource allocation for law enforcement/immigration
To enact new section 9.63 and to repeal section 9.63 of the Revised Code to clarify a municipal corporation's authority to enact policies to effectively allocate its resources in order to satisfy municipal law enforcement needs and comply with federal immigration laws as appropriate.
