Create new, untapped global markets for Ohio businesses

To enact section 122.863 of the Revised Code to establish the "Access to Global Market Opportunities for Ohio Manufactured Products Program" to be composed of the "Ohio Global Leadership Initiative" and the "Global Initiative on International Relations" to create new, untapped global markets for Ohio businesses and thereby promote job creation, and to make an appropriation.
