House Bill 509
Sell beer at farmers markets/create Ohio Proud Craft Beer Program
To amend sections 4301.62 and 4303.2010 and to enact sections 901.172 and 4303.2011 of the Revised Code to create the F-11 liquor permit to authorize the sale of beer under specified circumstances at a farmers market and to authorize the Department of Agriculture to promote the use of Ohio-produced agricultural goods grown for inclusion in beer or cider through a promotional program.
