House Bill 476
Ask auto registrant to contribute to Second Chance Trust Fund
To amend section 2108.34, to enact section 4501.027, and to repeal sections 4506.081, 4507.231, and 4507.501 of the Revised Code to require the Registrar of Motor Vehicles and each Deputy Registrar to ask each person renewing a motor vehicle registration if that person wants to make a voluntary contribution to the Second Chance Trust Fund.
