House Bill 467
Audit election results/use voter marked paper ballots
To amend sections 3505.21, 3506.02, 3506.07, 3506.19, 3506.21, and 3506.22 and to enact sections 3505.331 and 3506.022 of the Revised Code, and to amend sections 3506.05 and 3506.10 and to repeal section 3506.22 of the Revised Code on January 1, 2019, to require the boards of elections to conduct audits of election results and, beginning in 2019, to use only voting equipment that produces voter marked and voter verified paper ballots.
