House Bill 457
Require jail or treatment for releasee who fails drug test
To amend sections 2951.08, 2967.131, and 2967.15 of the Revised Code to require that an offender serving a community control sanction or a parolee who fails a drug test for heroin, fentanyl, or carfentanil be held in jail or admitted to a residential treatment program for up to 30 days.
