House Bill 351
Require municipalities to tax exempt pay of NOAA and PHS members
To amend section 718.01 of the Revised Code to require municipal corporations to exempt from taxation the military pay of members of the commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Public Health Service.
