Senate Bill 26
Reduces certain business filing fees
To amend sections 111.16, 1329.01, and 1703.04 and to enact section 6301.16 of the Revised Code to reduce certain business filing fees charged and collected by the Secretary of State, to specify that Ohio-based companies are to have access to appropriate features of the OhioMeansJobs web site, and to remove the requirement for a date of incorporation on a foreign corporation's application for a license to do business in Ohio.
