Requires Job and Family Services to pay certain funeral expenses

To amend section 9.15 and to enact section 5101.75 of the Revised Code to require that, under certain circumstances, the Department of Job and Family Services pay funeral, cremation, cemetery, and burial expenses of deceased recipients of public assistance.
