Senate Bill 100
Creates annual sales tax holiday for Energy Star products
To amend sections 5739.02 and 5739.05 of the Revised Code to provide a three-day sales tax "holiday" each April during which sales of qualifying Energy Star products are exempt from sales and use taxes.
